You can find us over in the Inamdar Compound on Datta Mandir Road. We are based in Bhandup West, which is a busy and crowded area to be in. At Accord Systems, we spend our time working on tech stuff and various computer systems. It is not all sleek glass and chrome like you see in movies about tech companies. Our office is a practical space where we sit with our computers and try to figure things out for our clients. Sometimes we are fixing software bugs, other times we are helping someone understand their own hardware better. It gets a bit crowded with cables and monitors everywhere, but we know where everything is kept. We have been in this compound for a while and we like the general vibe of Bhandup. It is real and hardworking. Most of us take the train or a rickshaw to get to the office every morning. We are not trying to change the entire world, we are just trying to make sure the systems we manage work like they are supposed to. When something breaks, we are the ones who have to find a quick way to fix it. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time looking at our screens. It is a small team, so we all know each other well. We do not go in for big meetings that last forever.
