You can find us on the first floor of Bindal Industrial Estate. It’s right off the Andheri-Kurla Road in Sakinaka, so the traffic outside is always moving. Being on the first floor means we hear the street noise all day, but we’ve gotten used to it. The stairs are a bit narrow, so moving bigger boxes takes two people and some patience. We’ve got our workstations set up where we get the most light. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we can get the assembly done. Most of the time, the radio is playing softly in the background while we work. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. We just answer the phone ourselves and talk to people who need help. Sakinaka is a hectic place but once you step inside our door, it’s a bit more focused. We’ve got shelves stacked with components and a few chairs for when someone visits. Sometimes the rain makes the windows rattle but the roof doesn't leak, which is the important part. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. It’s an honest day’s work in a part of the city that never really sleeps. We've been here long enough that the tea stall downstairs knows exactly what we want. It's just how we like to run things. I think we’ve finally filled up every corner of this room.
