We are based in Andheri East, which is probably one of the busiest parts of Mumbai. Our office is in Sher-E-Punjab at Kamlesh Apartment, specifically in Flat E-523. It’s a regular residential building, so it doesn't feel like a corporate office at all. We have a lot of files stacked up in the corners and the dining table has basically become a permanent desk for two of our staff members. Since space is so expensive in Mumbai, we’ve learned to be very efficient with the room we have. The windows look out over the neighborhood, and you can always hear the sound of the city in the background. We don't have a big sign or any fancy lights outside. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just knowing we are in the building. We spend a lot of our time traveling to different sites across the suburbs, so the office is often empty for a few hours in the middle of the day. We don't use any high-end marketing strategies or polished presentations. We just show people what we have built and let that speak for itself. The kitchen in the apartment is mostly used for making endless cups of tea to keep us going through the long afternoons. It’s a very informal environment, and we like to keep it that way. We are just a group of people trying to make things work in the Mumbai real estate market.
