Zend Consulting Services

The office is inside Muktinagar Society in Malad, right at room 318. It’s a regular residential area, so it stays fairly calm compared to the main market. Zend Consulting Services operates from here, and it’s mostly just us sitting at the desks working through files and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes the neighbors are out in the hallway or you can hear kids playing downstairs after school gets out. It feels more like a home than a corporate building. We’ve got a couple of fans going because the Mumbai heat can get pretty thick in the afternoons. There isn’t a big sign outside or anything like that. You just walk up and find the number on the door. People usually come in with a lot of questions about their projects. We try to sit down and figure things out without making it too complicated. It’s a simple space with a few computers and some stacks of folders that need organizing. Malad can be a bit of a trek for some, but we’ve been here for a bit and know the area well. There is a tea shop just around the corner where we usually go when we need a break. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just a steady stream of work that needs doing. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule. It works for us and keeps the days moving along.
