Being on Marol Maroshi Road means there is always a lot of noise and traffic right outside our door. Our spot in the Nand-Dham Industrial Estate is tucked away in the back, past all the other units. It is typical for Mumbai, very crowded and always moving. We have been here in Andheri East for a good while now. The space is a bit tight, but we make it work for the kind of stuff we do. You walk in and see boxes and equipment everywhere you look. It is not a pretty sight, but it is where the real work happens every day. Sometimes the elevators in the estate are slow, so we just take the stairs to save time. Most of the people working here live nearby or take the local train every single morning. We do not have a fancy reception area with a secretary. If you come by to see us, you will probably just find one of us at a desk or working on a piece of equipment. It gets very hot in the summer months, especially with the machines running, but the fans help a bit. We get through the day, handle the orders, and then head home. We are not trying to be the biggest place in Mumbai. We just want to get the technical side of things right. It is a bit of a grind, but that is life. (249 words)
