Yuzir Solutionz is situated in Mhada, Malad-West. This is a busy residential area, so there are always kids playing outside or people heading to the market. Our office is a small space that we’ve tried to make functional over the years. It’s nothing like those sleek offices in the city centers. We have some old desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of wires running along the walls. Being in Malad-West means we are right in the middle of everything. We started this place because we wanted to do something of our own. Most of our day is spent sitting in front of screens, handling whatever comes through. We don't have a fancy reception area or a dress code. Usually, we just wear whatever is comfortable and get to work. The building itself is quite old, and sometimes the elevator doesn't work, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just part of the daily routine here. We know the neighbors pretty well, and sometimes they pop in just to say hello. We don't make any big promises or use complicated words to describe our work. It’s just a straightforward operation. We try to keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It’s not always perfect, and things can get a bit chaotic when we’re busy, but we manage to keep things going every single day without much fuss.
