You Web Tech is based on the ground floor of the SNDT College Building in Ghatkopar West. Being right next to Awaj Co makes us easy to find if you’re in the neighborhood. It’s an interesting spot because of the college nearby; there’s always a lot of students and young energy around. Our office is pretty simple. We do a lot of coding, designing websites, and fixing bugs that pop up out of nowhere. The SNDT College Building is a landmark in Ghatkopar West, so people usually know where we are. Being on the ground floor is convenient because we don't have to deal with elevators. You Web Tech is a small operation. We have a couple of long tables where we all sit with our laptops. It can get a bit messy with half-eaten snacks and tangled charging cables. Next to Awaj Co, there’s always people coming and going. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most of us just wear jeans and t-shirts. Writing code is quiet work, so the office is usually pretty silent except for the clicking of keys. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours and just stare at the screen in silence. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s a slow way to grow, but it feels more natural and fits our style.
