Yezman Technologies Private Limited

Our office is in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, specifically in Sector 18. We are in flat 105 on plot 43. Ulwe is still growing as a suburb, so there is a lot of construction happening all around us every single day. You can hear the sounds of hammers and machines for most of the morning. The building we are in is relatively new, so the walls and floors are still pretty clean. We use one of the main rooms in the flat as our primary workspace. It has a small balcony that looks out over the street, which is good for taking a quick breath of air. Since it is a residential building, it stays pretty quiet at night, but it’s busy during the day with neighbors coming and going. We don't have a big staff at the moment, so we don't really need much room to operate. We have our routers and various cables running along the floor in the corner. It is a bit messy sometimes with all the wires, but we know where everything is. Getting to Ulwe can be a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main Mumbai city, but it is much more peaceful here than the crowded markets. We usually cook something small in the kitchen area or just get a tiffin delivered for lunch. It’s a very practical arrangement for a group like ours. We just wanted a place to work without too much trouble, and this flat works out well.
