Yash Yatra Grand

Our office is in Ghatkopar West, right near the Bata showroom at Sagar Bonanza. It’s a good landmark because everyone in the area knows where the shoe shop is. We spend our days planning trips and talking to people who are excited about their upcoming holidays. The walls are covered in pictures of mountains and beaches that we’ve put up over the years to brighten the place up. It’s a small office but it’s usually full of people asking about bus timings or hotel stays. We have a few desks with old computers that we use to check bookings and print out itineraries. The phone rings a lot, usually with someone asking for directions to the office or wanting to know if a particular tour is still open for next month. It’s a bit chaotic when it gets busy, but we like the energy of the crowd. We’ve been here in Ghatkopar for a long time, so we know most of the people who walk past our door every morning. Sometimes we just sit and have a chat with regulars who aren't even booking anything that day; they just want to say hello. We don't have a big corporate feel at all. It’s just a local place where you can come in and figure out your travel plans over a glass of water. It’s simple and we try to keep it that way for everyone who visits us throughout the week.
