Our office is in Ghatkopar West, specifically at H O 201. It is on the second floor of the building. Being in Mumbai, space is always a bit tight, so our work area is packed with towers and spare parts. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting software or replacing hardware that has seen better days. The building has a lot of other small businesses, so there is always someone coming or going in the stairwell. We have a window that looks out over the street, but it stays closed most of the time to keep the noise out. It is a very normal office with plain white walls and fluorescent lights that flicker sometimes. We have a small table for the kettle because we drink a lot of tea while we work. Usually, it is just two or three of us here. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. Ghatkopar is a good area to be in, even if the commute can be a bit of a hassle in the rainy season. We have a lot of tools scattered around the benches. It looks messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is located. We just keep our heads down and get through the repairs that come in each day. It is honest work and keeps us busy from morning until evening.
