Xtreme Creation Studio Llp is based out of the MHADA scheme in Charkop, Kandivali West. We’re over in block 1804-1/B. It’s near Chikuwadi and the Vasant Complex. This part of Mumbai is always moving and shaking. Our office is right in the middle of a residential block, so it’s got a very local feel to it. We aren't some big studio with dozens of employees or a HR department. It’s just a few of us who’ve known each other for a long time. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of equipment squeezed into these rooms. Cables are everywhere and the desks are usually covered in notes and old tea cups. We don't mind it much. It feels like a real workshop where things actually get made. Living and working in Kandivali means you’re never too far from anything you need. We usually grab snacks from the shops downstairs during our breaks. The building itself is pretty standard for a MHADA colony, nothing special to look at. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name and wave when we come in. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. Most of our time is spent looking at monitors and trying to fix small details in our work. It’s a quiet life if you ignore the city sounds outside. We just show up and do what needs to be done every single day without any fuss.
