Xply Tech Private Limited

We are based out of Devgiri Valley in Mitmita, right here in Aurangabad. Xply Tech Private Limited started in this house, Row House B-54, and we’re still here today. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty calm compared to the city center which is a relief. We like the quiet because it helps when you’re trying to figure out a difficult problem or just need some space to think without people honking outside. The office is basically just a few rooms we’ve set up with computers and basic desks. We don't have a big reception desk or people in suits walking around like those companies in the big parks. Mostly, it’s just us in casual clothes drinking tea and working through the daily list of things to do. Being in Sector Devgiri Valley means we have a bit of a commute if we need to go into the main part of Aurangabad, but it’s worth it for the peace. We’ve got a small team. Everyone knows everyone else’s business, which is just how small companies usually go. Sometimes the internet acts up when the weather is bad, or it gets a bit too hot in the afternoons, but we manage just fine. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our part and keeping things moving. We’ve been at this location for some time now and it really feels like home to the business. It’s a practical setup for what we need.
