You can find us at Everest Apartments in Tardeo. We are up on the 20th floor, specifically Plot 156 on Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya Marg. Being that high up gives us a pretty decent view of Mumbai, though most of the time we are just looking at our monitors. Xct Solutions Private Limited is the name on the door, but inside it is just a bunch of people trying to solve problems. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons if the AC is not cranked up. The building itself has been around for a while. Tardeo is a busy area, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the Mumbai traffic. We do a lot of solution-based work, which sounds more complicated than it usually is. Most days involve a lot of emails and phone calls. We are not a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are small enough that everyone knows everyone else’s business. It is a bit cramped sometimes when we have everyone in at once. We do not really have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door gets it. It is just how we operate. We like keeping things straightforward. No big meetings that go on for hours for no reason. We just do the work we are supposed to do and try to stay productive.
