Being on the ground floor of Station Plaza makes things pretty easy for everyone coming in. Bhandup West is a hectic place, especially with the station right there, so there is always noise and movement outside. We can hear the trains sometimes if it’s quiet enough. Our space here isn’t huge, but it fits everyone. We spend most of our time on the computers. Since we are in the B-1001B spot, we get a fair amount of people walking past our door. It’s a mix of different people working here, some younger folks and some who have been around since the start. We keep a regular schedule. Get in early, check the emails, and try to get through the list of tasks. We aren’t the type of place with a fancy lobby or a receptionist who wears a suit. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. The air conditioning sometimes makes a weird rattling noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. Lunchtime is usually when we all head out or sit together to eat what we brought from home. It’s a practical way to work. We don’t have big fancy slogans on the walls. It is just a place where we put in our hours and try to do things right. Sometimes it gets stressful when a lot of work comes in at once, but we manage. That’s how it is here in Bhandup at Winsoft Technologies.
