Webaly Internet Solutions is tucked away in the Guru Gobind Singh Industrial Estate in Andheri East. We are in unit 603, building 1B. It’s an industrial area, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background, which we’ve mostly stopped noticing by now. Our office is a functional space. We didn't spend much on decorations because we’d rather have better equipment and faster internet. It’s a practical place for practical work. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too terrible, though Mumbai weather always finds a way to mess with your travel plans. We handle internet-based work, which means we spend a lot of time troubleshooting and checking things twice. It can be tedious, but it’s what we do. We don't have a PR team or anyone to make us look more important than we actually are. We’re just the people in 603 who know how to keep things running online. Sometimes we stay late when the servers are acting up, and we all pitch in to get things back on track. There’s no hierarchy here where people are afraid to speak up. We just say what’s on our minds and get on with the day. Being in the Guru Gobind Singh Industrial Estate keeps us grounded. It reminds us that work is work, and as long as you do it right and treat people fairly, that’s what matters most at the end of the day.
