We’re tucked away in the New Era Mill Compound on Moghul Lane, right in Matunga West. It’s near the Magnet Super Market, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. Web18 Software Services Ltd. isn't your typical high-tech office with bean bags and glass walls. The compound has an old-school feel to it, and our office is much the same. It’s a practical space where we sit with our computers and get things sorted. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the wiring is a bit visible in places, but it all works. We have a small team here. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of layers. If you call, you’ll probably speak to one of the same three or four people every time. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking through problems. It gets quiet when everyone is focused, but we have our moments of chatting over coffee. The lane outside can get a bit congested with deliveries for the supermarket, but we don’t mind the bustle. We’ve been here for a while and we like the neighborhood. It’s got good food nearby and it's easy to get to. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, write the code or fix the issues, and try to do an honest day’s work for the people who hire us. That’s about all there is to it.
