We chose the name Web Sharks when we first started because we liked how it sounded, not because we are aggressive or anything like that. Our office is not a place you would see in a magazine. It is just a regular room with enough space for our computers and us. We spend most of our waking hours here at 816 Andheri West. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, which helps when we have a long day ahead of us. We do not have a boss who wears a tie or tells us exactly what to do every minute. We just figure things out as a team. The place is a bit messy sometimes. We have wires everywhere and notes stuck to almost every surface. We do not follow a corporate handbook. If someone is tired, they take a walk. If there is a deadline, we all stay late. That is just how we operate.
