Walavalkar Masale is right on the ground floor of CJ Shah Market in Shop No. 1. If you know Lalbaug, you know how busy Ganesh Nagar gets, especially when the market is in full swing. We are right in the thick of it in Parel. We deal in spices, so the air in the shop always smells like turmeric and dried chilies. It’s a small space, but we pack it full of whatever we’re working on that day. People often walk past and just catch a scent of what’s being weighed out. We aren't a big factory.
