W3Tech Works Private Limited

Our little office is in B-103 at Anand CHS Ltd, right across from the Bowlekar Gym in Natwar Nagar. Being on Road No 5 in Jogeshwari East means it’s always busy outside. There’s a lot of noise from the gym and the street, but it keeps us energized. W3Tech Works Private Limited isn't a massive firm. It’s just a small team of us working out of a residential-style building. We like it because it feels more like a home than a cold office. We have our desks set up, some old filing cabinets, and way too many coffee mugs. We don't have a fancy website with stock photos of people in suits shaking hands. That’s not us. We’re usually in t-shirts, trying to fix some code or talk through a project. Sometimes we disagree and talk over each other, but we always figure it out by the end of the day. The building itself is older, so the elevator is a bit slow, but we usually just take the stairs anyway. We don't pretend to be something we’re not. We’re just a local business in Jogeshwari trying to make a living and do decent work for our clients. It’s not always pretty or perfectly organized, but the work gets done and that’s what actually matters to us at the end of the day. We are just regular folks doing our best in this small space.
