Vm Tech It Hub Llp is located out in Waliv. Our office is Flat Number 109 in the Omkar building, which is in Jay Nagar. Waliv is an area with a lot of small industries and residences mixed together. Omkar is a standard building that you see all over this part of the region. Being in a flat means we have a kitchen and a bathroom right there, which is handy. The space in 109 isn't huge, but it fits our small team just fine. We have our desks lined up against the walls. Jay Nagar is a busy little pocket. There is always some noise from the nearby shops or traffic. We have a few fans to keep the place cool during the summer. It’s a very practical setup. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a script. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. Most of our day is spent typing away or talking about the projects we have on hand. It’s a simple life in Waliv. We usually get tea from the guy downstairs. The building is easy to find once you get into Jay Nagar. It’s just a regular flat where we’ve set up our business. No frills, just work. We spend most of our hours right here at our desks.
