You can find Vivid Visions Trexim at 133, Mittal Court, in the ‘A’ Wing at Nariman Point. Nariman Point is a very famous area, but our office is just a normal workspace like any other. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building shows its age a little bit. The elevators are sometimes slow, but the view of the sea is nice if you're in the right spot. We do a lot of export and import work, which involves a lot of phone calls and checking shipping schedules. It can be a bit stressful when things are delayed, but we just deal with it. Our office is filled with stacks of papers and some samples we’ve collected over the years. We aren't interested in looking like a high-flying firm. We just want to get the shipments out on time. The staff here is pretty laid back. We usually eat lunch together at our desks. We don't have any formal mission statements or big fancy meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. It’s a practical way of running a business in a busy place like Mumbai. Sometimes the traffic getting to Mittal Court is a nightmare, but we're used to it. We keep our operations simple and don't try to overcomplicate things for our clients or ourselves. Most of our clients have been with us for years and they know how we work. We just keep things moving every single day.
