Midastouch Technologies

Our workshop is at Plot No. 16-B in the Government Industrial Area in Kandivli. It is a busy part of Mumbai, so getting here in the morning can take some time with the local traffic. The space we have is filled with tools, computer parts, and various pieces of technology we are working on. We don't have a big corporate lobby. Instead, you walk right into the middle of where the work happens. There are wires and circuit boards on many of the tables. We spend most of our time fixing things or trying to figure out why a piece of equipment isn't doing what it should. The lighting is bright so we can see the small details, and it usually stays pretty quiet except for the hum of the cooling fans or the sound of someone using a soldering iron. We have a small cupboard for our tea and coffee, and that is where we usually stand to take a break. Being in a government industrial area means the neighbors are all doing similar types of manufacturing or technical work. We know most of the people on our block. It’s a practical environment. We don't worry about having the latest office furniture or a polished floor. We just want to make sure the tech we handle is sorted out by the time we lock up for the evening. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day.
