Vivek Dighe

My name is Vivek Dighe and I work out of my place in Mangalgeeta CHS. It is flat 703 on the Juhu Versova Link Road in Andheri West. Being on the seventh floor gives a bit of a break from the noise down on the street, which can get pretty intense around here. The building is right behind the Renaissance and near Seven Bunglows, so it is easy to find if you know Versova. This isn't a corporate office with a front desk. It is a more personal space where I handle my projects. I have lived and worked in Andheri for a long time, so I am used to the pace of life here. The link road is always moving, and you can see the skyline changing all the time from the window. Sometimes I spend the whole morning just catching up on emails and planning out the week while the city wakes up below. It is a quiet environment for the most part, except for the occasional construction noise from nearby plots. Having the office at home means there is no commute, which is a blessing in Mumbai. I keep my books and notes organized in the study, and that is where most of the thinking happens. It is a very simple, direct way of doing things. People who come to see me usually appreciate that it is a low-key, professional setting without all the extra fluff you see in bigger firms.
