Vishwakarma Hardware Stores

Vishwakarma Hardware Stores is over at Plot No.20 in Jawahar Nagar. We are right on S.V. Road in Goregaon West, which means we hear the traffic and the honking all day long. The shop has been a fixture here for quite some time. We sell mostly hardware stuff, the kind of things you need when a pipe leaks or a door handle breaks. It’s a practical place. We don't have any fancy decorations, just a lot of metal goods and tools. S.V. Road is a main artery, so we get people stopping by on their way home or while they are out running errands. The shop gets a bit messy during the day when we are pulling things off the shelves for customers. We try to tidy up before we leave, but it never stays that way for long. Jawahar Nagar is a busy neighborhood with a lot of old and new houses. We see a lot of people who are trying to fix things themselves. We spend our time counting out washers or helping someone pick the right length of pipe. It’s honest work. The summer months get pretty humid in Goregaon, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest store, just a reliable one where you can find what you need. Most of our customers are neighbors who have been coming here for years.
