We have been set up at Mastermind-1 in the Royal Palms area for quite a while now. It is a bit of a drive to get deep into Aarey Milk Colony, especially when the traffic gets thick around Goregaon East, but it is mostly quiet once you actually get inside the gates. Our office is just a normal, everyday room with desks. We spend most of our time staring at computer screens and answering whatever comes through the door or the email inbox. It is definitely not a fancy place, just a few tables and the usual coffee machine that seems to act up every other week. Most of the team lives nearby or takes the train and then a long rickshaw ride through all the trees. It is much different from the crowded concrete parts of Mumbai since we have all this greenery around us. We do not really do big meetings or anything loud. Usually, it is just us getting through the daily list of things to do. Sometimes we go out for a quick bite at the small food stalls nearby if we have the time. The building itself is okay, but it has that older feel where the elevators are a bit slow. People around here know us as the tech people in this corner of Mayur Nagar. We try to keep things simple and just get the work done without making a fuss about it. It is a job, and we are glad to have a decent spot to do it.
