Viral Sweet

Viral Sweet is located in Andheri East, right at number 1. Andheri East is a very fast-paced area, mostly full of offices and people trying to get to the airport or the highway. We open up quite early because that is when the first wave of people starts moving. Our shelves are filled with the usual sweets and snacks that people look for. It is a small shop, so things can get a bit cramped when more than three people are inside. We do not have a big fancy display, just the glass cases we have used for years. The sugar and the flour arrive every couple of days, and we try to keep everything moving so nothing stays on the shelf too long. It is hot work, especially in the summer months when the ovens are going. We do not use any big marketing tricks. People just see the shop when they are walking past and stop in for a quick bite. Most of our customers are workers from the nearby buildings who need a break. We know most of them by sight. It is a simple business. We do not have a complicated philosophy about it. We just make the food, sell it, and try to keep the place tidy. That is what we do every day from morning until we lock up at night. It's just a regular part of life in Andheri.
