Kava Networks India Llp is a small shopfront business in Vile Parle East. We’re at Shop No. 3 in the Mira Darshan building on Tejpal Road. It’s a convenient spot because we’re right on the street level, so people can just walk in if they have a question about their internet or networking setup. We’ve been here for a while, and most of the other shop owners on the block are our friends. It’s a very local feel. Our workspace is small and crowded with routers, cables, and tools. We don't have a big back office or a corporate headquarters; everything happens right here in the shop. We spend a lot of time out on the road too, visiting clients and setting things up at their locations. When we are in the shop, we’re usually testing equipment or catching up on paperwork. It’s not a glamorous job, and it can be pretty tiring during the monsoon when everything gets damp and messy. But we enjoy being part of the Vile Parle community. We don't use big words to describe what we do. If your network is down, we come and fix it. That’s pretty much the whole story. We’re just a few guys who know about networking and want to keep things running for our neighbors and local businesses. It’s practical work for practical people and we've been here for years.
