Retort Software Pvt. Ltd. is located at D-22 in the Kailash Vaibav Industrial Complex in Vikhroli West. It’s an industrial area, so there’s a lot of activity with trucks and other businesses nearby, which gives the place a very hardworking feel. Our office is a straightforward space where we focus on developing software and managing various coding projects. We don’t have a flashy entrance or a lobby; you just walk in and see the team at their computers, deeply involved in whatever they're building. The complex can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, so we often have to give people directions over the phone to help them find building D. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional discussion over a piece of code that isn't working quite right. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to use a lot of corporate talk or pretend to be something we aren't. We're just a group of software people who like solving problems and creating tools that actually work for the users. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when a deadline is approaching, but we usually manage to keep things on track. Vikhroli West is a busy spot, and being in this industrial complex means we are surrounded by other people just trying to get their work done, which suits our style perfectly.
