Vijay Zoting

My office is in Mumbai, specifically at R-315 on the third floor of the J Building. It is located on J R Boricha Marg in the Mahalaxmi area. People usually know the spot as Jacob Circle. It is a busy part of the city with a lot of history. I have been working from this space for a while now. It is a typical Mumbai office building, a bit crowded but it works for what I do. I deal with various building and design tasks under my name, Vijay Zoting. There isn't a big team here, just a few of us making sure projects move forward. You will see a lot of blueprints and site photos lying around the desks. I do not believe in having a flashy office; I would rather spend that time on the actual work. Getting to the third floor is part of the daily routine. The area around Jacob Circle is always humming with activity, which keeps things interesting. Most of my clients are local people or businesses nearby who need something built or fixed up. I try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is going to take a month, I will say it takes a month. No point in making things sound better than they are. It is just about doing a decent job and keeping the clients updated. Being in Mahalaxmi puts me right in the middle of things, which helps when I need to visit sites across the city.
