Our office is over in Borivali West, right near the gym on L.T. Road. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives here knows. We’ve been at this spot, C.T.S. No. 58, for some time now. It gets quite loud outside with all the traffic and people moving around Vaziranaka. Inside, we just focus on the tech side of things. We aren't a huge global corporation with shiny glass walls, even if the name Victors Global Technologies Private Limited sounds big. We’re just a group of people working in a crowded city. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes it hard to get to the office on time, but we manage. We’ve got a mix of young and old staff. Everyone brings their own lunch and we eat together when things aren't too frantic. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy meetings. Usually, we just shout across the room if someone needs help. Being in Mumbai City keeps us on our toes. There is always something happening outside the window. We’ve grown a bit, but we still feel like the same small crew that started out. We like the local vibe of Borivali. It’s got everything we need close by, like the tea stalls and the shops. We don't bother with fancy dress codes. Most of us just wear what's comfortable for the heat. It is just a regular workplace doing our bit every day.
