Veta Academy

Veta Academy is located inside the Gannanath Society, specifically in room 304, right on SB Road in Dadar West. It is a bit of a climb or a wait for the lift sometimes since we are up on the third floor. Dadar is always crowded, so getting here can be a bit of a hassle with the traffic and the noise from the street below. We have a few rooms where people sit and work on their language skills. The walls are a plain color and we have some old chairs that have seen better days. It feels more like a home than a big office because of the society building layout. Sometimes you can hear the neighbors or the sounds of people cooking nearby. It has a very local feel. We started this place because there was a need for it. People stop by to ask about classes and we just tell them how it is. We do not have big signs or anything flashy. Just the name on the door. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. Most of our students live nearby or take the train to Dadar and walk over. It is a straightforward setup. We keep track of the schedules on a paper calendar. It is just us doing our thing every day at 304 Gannanath Society, trying to help people get a bit better at what they are trying to learn. We often have tea together during the breaks and just talk about the day. It is a simple life in a busy city.
