Tata Interactive Systems

Our place is located at D1-75 in the Greenfields area. We are right on the JV Link Road in Andheri East, which is usually packed with cars and buses. If you know the area, we are basically opposite where Fantasy Land used to be. Tata Interactive Systems is based here, and it’s a busy spot to be. The building is a bit older, and the elevators can be slow, but it’s where we do our work. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of computers and people with headsets. It’s not very glamorous. We spend a lot of time on calls and looking at screens. Andheri is a fast-paced part of Mumbai, so there’s always energy around the office. We usually get lunch from the local vendors or bring stuff from home. There isn't a fancy cafeteria here. We have a small break area where we can sit for a few minutes, but it’s usually pretty crowded. We’ve been at this location for a good while. It’s convenient because of the road links, even if the traffic is a nightmare during rush hour. We don't have many meetings that aren't necessary. Everyone just knows their role and gets on with it. It’s a straightforward environment. We show up, deal with the tasks for the day, and then try to beat the traffic on the way back home. It's just a regular workday here. There is always something to do.
