Vernekar

Vernekar is located over in Wadala East, specifically in the Patil & Thakur Apartment building. We’re on the first floor in Flat 101, right off M. Vishwasrao Road in Nitiyanand Nagar. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, but our little corner is fairly tucked away. This isn't a flashy showroom or a big corporate headquarters, just a modest office where we handle our business every day. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors know us. The space is filled with files, a couple of desks, and the usual stuff you need to run a professional operation. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. Usually, it's just the sound of someone typing or the fan spinning overhead while we work through our tasks. Traffic on M. Vishwasrao Road can be a headache, so we appreciate being on the first floor where it's easy to get in and out. Most of our visitors are people from the local area who know where to find us. We keep things pretty informal but we stay focused on the work that needs to be finished. It’s a practical setup that works for us and the people we deal with. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture, just trying to do our jobs well and stay organized in a crowded city. Some days are more chaotic than others, but that is just part of living in Mumbai.
