Venus Creative Developers

Our shop is number 2 in the Shiv Mandiri Complex on Plot No-4. We are over in Sector-13, Sanpada. It’s a decent spot for Venus Creative Developers to be based. Most of our work involves looking at land and thinking about where new buildings can go. It’s not as glamorous as it sounds. Mostly it’s just us sitting in the shop, talking to people about where they want to live or what kind of space they need for their own businesses. We have some maps on the wall and a few chairs for visitors. Sanpada is a growing area, so there is always something happening around us. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group trying to help people find a place that fits them. Sometimes things get delayed with the permits or the weather isn't great for construction, but we just deal with those problems as they come up. We don't use a lot of sales talk. If a plot is good, we say it’s good. If there’s a problem, we mention that too. It’s better to be straight with people. Being in the Shiv Mandiri Complex makes it easy for folks to drop by after they’ve done their shopping or other errands. We like the local feel of this sector. It’s a practical place to work and we just keep doing our bit to help the neighborhood grow slowly without making any big fuss about it.
