Venmitra Systems

Out here at Venmitra Systems, things are usually pretty busy. We are located at 210/212 in the Nirman Industrial Estate. It’s off Chincholi Link Road in Malad West. Being in an industrial estate means there is always noise—machines running, trucks loading up, and people shouting across the floor. It is a bit dusty sometimes, and the roads around here can be a real mess when it rains, but this is where the work gets done. We have the factory set up to handle whatever comes through the door. It isn’t a polished corporate office with carpets and glass walls. It’s a practical space. We spend our time checking orders and making sure the production line stays on track. Malad is a crowded place, and getting to the estate in the morning takes some patience. You learn the shortcuts through the side streets eventually. The staff here has been together for a while, so we mostly know what everyone is supposed to be doing without having to talk about it too much. We don't have many visitors, but when someone does come by, they usually get directed through the main gate of the estate. It’s a straightforward way of working. At the end of the shift, we shut down the machines, lock up the unit, and head out into the Malad traffic like everyone else. It is a long day every day, but we are used to it and it feels good to finish up and head for home once everything is finally all done.
