You can find us in the Fort area, specifically at 8/10 on the first floor of the Liladhar Building. We are located near the Dhinkwa Police Station and right across from the CST Station. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always a lot of noise and people rushing past outside. Being on the first floor gives us a little bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are focused on the work inside. We deal with real estate around the South Mumbai area. It’s mostly older buildings and office spaces that people are interested in. The office is quite basic, with just a few desks and some old cupboards for all the property files we keep. We spend a lot of time explaining things to people who come in from the station looking for a place. Since we are so close to CST, we get a lot of foot traffic. We don't put on any acts or use big words. We just tell people what is available and what the situation is with the landlords or the owners. It can be a bit of a headache dealing with all the old property laws in this part of town, but we’ve been doing it long enough to understand how things move. It's just a regular day-to-day operation for us, trying to stay organized in the middle of all the city chaos.
