Our office is situated in A 1401 of Orchid Enclave, which is over in the Chandivali-Andheri East area. If you are familiar with the Nahar Amrut Shakti complex, we are just a short distance from there. Being up on the 14th floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we are just looking at the computer screens or the paper drawings spread out on the large table. It’s a standard residential building converted for work, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, and there are always stacks of files that need sorting. The lift in the building is sometimes slow, so we have to plan for that when people are coming over for meetings. Chandivali has changed a lot lately, with more buildings going up everywhere you look. We’ve settled into this spot because it’s central for most of the projects we handle around Andheri. The room is usually quiet, except for the sound of the AC and the occasional phone call. We don't have a receptionist; one of us just gets up to answer the door when the bell rings. It’s a practical workspace where we spend long hours going over details. We keep some plants by the window, but they don't always get enough sun. It’s just a normal place where we do our consulting work day in and day out.
