You can find us in Govandi, tucked away in the Katsuri Sanghavi Estate. We are just off the Govandi Station Road, which means there is always a lot of movement and noise around here. The estate is a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it. We work with plastic chemicals and compounds. Our days are mostly spent checking batches and making sure the supplies are coming in correctly. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a smell of plastic or metal in the air, but we don’t mind it much. The office is small and practical. We have a few desks and a place to keep our ledgers. We aren't big on technology for its own sake; we use what works to get the job done. The staff here has been around for a while, and we all just pitch in where needed. If a delivery is late, we're all on the phone trying to figure out why. Lunch is usually a shared affair in the small break area. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s important work for the companies that use our materials. We try to keep things simple and honest. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, and we just wait it out or work by the light from the windows. It’s just another day at the office for us.
