Fit & Fine

Fit & Fine is located on the first floor of Esjay House, right above Sagar Medical on Maulana Azad Road. It’s a busy area in Agripada, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We’ve been here at number 07 for a while. Usually, the day starts early because that's when people want to come in before work. The climb up to the first floor isn't too bad, but it keeps you moving. Inside, it’s mostly just equipment and us trying to keep everything clean and running. Some of the machines are older but they still work perfectly fine. We spend a lot of time wiping down surfaces and making sure the floor isn't slippery. The light in the afternoon gets a bit bright, so we usually have to pull the shades halfway down. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work. Most of the people who come in live right around Agripada or work in the nearby shops. You get to know faces pretty quick when you see them every other day. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone finishes their shift at the same time. We just keep things simple. There isn't any loud flashy music or anything, just the sound of the fans and people doing their routines. It’s a practical place for folks who just want to get their exercise in without any fuss at all.
