Varchar Software Private Limited

Varchar Software is located on the first floor of Dhananjay Plaza. We are in the Bavdhan Bk area of Pune, right at Sno 21. The plaza is a busy place with different shops and businesses coming and going. Our office is not very big, just a couple of rooms where we have set up our computers and some shelving for our books and files. Bavdhan is a good spot because it is not as crowded as the main city but still has everything we need. We spend most of our day sitting at our desks, typing away. The lighting in the office is a bit bright, but it keeps us awake. We usually go out to one of the nearby stalls for lunch, or someone brings a tiffin to share. There is nothing fancy about how we operate. We just show up, do the work, and head home. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, and the building gets really quiet then. The furniture is a mix of stuff we bought over time, so nothing really matches. It gives the place a bit of character, I guess. We are just a bunch of software people who wanted to work in a place that felt more like a workshop than a corporate office. There is a park nearby where we sometimes go for a walk if we are feeling stuck.
