Vaibhavi Solutions is based over in Vashi at the Fantasia Business Park. If you have been to Sector 30 A, you have probably seen the building. It is a big place with lots of different companies, so it can feel a bit crowded in the elevators during lunch time or in the mornings. We have a small office where we handle all our work. It is not anything like those high-end tech offices you see on TV, but it is comfortable and has everything we need to do our jobs. Most of our day is spent at desks, talking to people or working on different projects. We have got a mix of people here, some who have been with us since we started and a few newer faces who joined recently. Vashi is a busy area, so getting to work can be a bit of a trek depending on the trains and the traffic. We usually end up staying late if there is a lot to finish, but we try to keep a decent balance. There is a lot of competition in this area, but we just focus on what is on our own plates. We don't really go in for big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just try to solve the problems that come our way and keep things moving. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with papers and coffee mugs, but that is just how we work. It is a practical place.
