V-Rok Communications is based in Kandivali East, specifically in Dimple Arcade on the first floor. It’s right in Asha Nagar. If you’ve ever walked through that area, you know it’s full of shops and small businesses. Our unit is 232. It’s a typical Mumbai office space—compact and busy. We work on communications and networking, so there are always cables and routers and stuff sitting on the shelves. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time talking to clients or trying to fix connection issues. Being in a place like Dimple Arcade means there’s always people walking by and a lot of noise from the street below. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the pace of Kandivali. It’s a lot of work, and sometimes things get stressful when a network goes down, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy lobby. You just walk up the stairs and we’re right there. We take our lunch breaks at the local stalls nearby, which is one of the perks of being in this part of town. It’s a grounded, everyday kind of business. We just try to keep everyone connected and the systems running without too much trouble. It's a bit chaotic some days, but that's just how the communication business works here.
