Amv

Amv is located in the Abdul Hamid Compound, which is near Hindustan Naka in Kandivali West. It’s a bit of an older industrial compound, so it has that lived-in feel to it. Our space is tucked away, and you have to navigate through some narrow lanes to get to us. We use the area for our daily operations, which involves a lot of lifting and moving of goods. It’s not a large office setup with air conditioning; it’s more of a functional workspace where things get done. We spend a lot of time on our feet. The compound is shared with a few other small businesses, so there is always some chatter and the sound of someone loading a truck nearby. We’ve been in this part of Kandivali for a while and we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the traffic. The air in the compound is often filled with the smell of grease or exhaust from the passing vehicles. We keep a small table for our records and a few chairs for when someone drops by to talk business. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have any corporate protocols or fancy meetings. We just look at what needs to be handled for the day and we get to it. Sometimes the rains make the compound a bit muddy, but we just put on our boots and keep moving. It is a simple life here, just working hard and making sure the bills are paid.
