Golden Agency

Golden Agency is located in the D Wing of Sitladevi, right across from the Indian Oil Nagar Co-Operative Housing Society. It’s a busy little area, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out. Our shop is No. 1, so we are easy to spot once you get to the building. Being opposite Indian Oil Nagar means we get a lot of people stopping by just because they are in the neighborhood. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of paperwork stacked up. We’ve been here for a while and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. It’s a straightforward business. We handle a lot of different things depending on what our customers are looking for that day. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but that’s just part of being in this part of the city. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the people who come in get what they need without too much fuss. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to folks who walk in through the door. It’s a decent place to work and we know the other shop owners around here pretty well. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized as much as we can. It’s been our home for years now and we don't plan on moving.
