Upaayi Techcare Private Limited

Our office is at number 21 in the Agarwal Industrial Estate. It’s right on SV Road in Dahisar East, so it’s pretty easy to find if you know the area. The building is one of those older industrial spots that has seen a lot of different businesses come and go. For Upaayi Techcare Private Limited, it’s home. The space is a bit tight, especially when everyone is in at the same time. We’ve got desks squeezed in where they fit, and there’s always a stack of boxes somewhere in the corner. SV Road is always noisy, so there’s a constant background of horns and engines. You get used to it after a week or two. We don't have any big fancy boardrooms. Usually, we just huddle around someone’s monitor if we need to discuss something. The lighting is okay, but we brought in some extra lamps for the darker corners. Lunch breaks often mean a quick walk outside to find something to eat, though most of us bring dabbas from home. It’s a straightforward setup. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just need a place to sit with our laptops and get through the list of things to do. The neighbors in the estate are mostly mechanics or small workshops, so it’s a very grounded environment. It feels good to be part of the local bustle in Dahisar.
