Universal Forwarders

Universal Forwarders is tucked away in Office Number 3 on the ground floor of the C W building in Malad West. Being right behind Pawan Hotel makes it easy for people to find us, though the lane gets a bit cramped with traffic during lunch hours. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We deal with moving things from one place to another, which sounds simple but involves a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. There is always someone coming in with a delivery note or asking about a shipment that hasn't arrived yet. The walls are a bit plain, and the tea guy comes by twice a day, which is usually the highlight. We spend most of our time staring at spreadsheets or talking to drivers who are stuck in Mumbai traffic. It can be stressful when things are running late, but we just keep at it. The office isn't very big, so we have to be careful not to trip over the extra boxes sitting near the door. The air conditioner makes a bit of a humming noise, but you get used to it after an hour. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation; we just focus on getting the paperwork done and making sure the goods get where they are supposed to go. It is steady work that keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down.
