Unity Controls Pvt. Ltd is over at 405 Sapphire Arcade. That’s right on M.G Road in Ghatkopar, which stays busy pretty much all day long. We have been in this spot for a bit now, mostly focusing on control systems and parts that local industries need. It isn't a fancy setup. You walk up the stairs, find the door, and that’s where we do the paperwork and talk to customers. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but inside we just keep things moving. There are about five of us here most days. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spec sheets. People from around the area know the building well because it’s a landmark of sorts. If you are coming from the station, it’s a short walk. We don’t have a big front desk or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and a lot of technical manuals stacked up. Usually, someone is making tea in the corner. We try to get things right the first time so we don’t have to do them twice. It’s mostly about getting the orders out and making sure the parts are what people actually asked for. Nothing too complicated, just a normal office routine in Ghatkopar. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. If a client needs something fast, we can usually sort it out since the market is right there.
