United Developers

You can find United Developers up on the 14th floor of the Arcadia building. We’re at number 195 in Nariman Point. Being up so high means we see a lot of the city, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the computer screen. The elevator in Arcadia can be a bit slow during lunch hours when everyone is trying to get downstairs at the same time. We’ve been in this office for a good bit now. It’s a typical office setup—desks, a few plants that probably need more water, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Nariman Point is a busy area, so there’s always people rushing around outside. We try to keep things simple here. We aren't really into big meetings that go on for hours. Usually, we just talk across the desks to get things sorted. The 14th floor feels a bit removed from the noise of the street, which helps when we need to focus. It’s a solid place to work. Sometimes the sea breeze reaches us, but mostly it’s just the hum of the air conditioning. We’re just a group of people working under the United Developers name, doing what needs to be done. It’s not a glamorous life, but we like the routine of coming here every day.
