We've been at the Anjani Complex in Andheri East for quite a while now. It's a busy spot right off A.K. Road, and our office in rooms 107 and 108 is where we handle all the paperwork and coordination for Unilab Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals. Being on Parera Hill Road means there’s always something going on outside, but inside we just focus on getting our work done. We deal with various chemicals and pharma products, mostly just supplying what's needed to the people who ask for it. It's a standard setup with desks, computers, and files everywhere. The team here knows the local area well, and we’ve gotten used to the daily commute and the rhythm of the neighborhood. We don’t have any fancy showrooms or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we manage the business. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the office is a headache, but that's just life in Mumbai. We try to keep things straightforward and don't spend much time on long meetings if we can avoid them. Usually, it's just about checking orders and making sure things are moving along as they should. We have some regular customers who have been with us for years, and we just talk to them like normal people. It’s not a complicated operation, just a small group of us working out of these two units. We keep the kettle going for tea and try to stay on top of the regulations in our industry.
