Raisa Pharmachem Industries

Raisa Pharmachem Industries is located in Shop 205 on the second floor of the Veena building. We are right in Vikhroli West, across the street from the LIC office. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We deal with pharmaceutical and chemical supplies, mostly acting as a bridge between manufacturers and the people who need the materials. The office is often full of samples and folders, and it can feel a bit cramped when all of us are in at the same time. We don't have a big mission statement or a fancy lobby. We just get to work every morning and start making calls. Vikhroli is a great place to be because everything is so connected, though finding parking near the LIC office can be a nightmare sometimes. We’ve built up a good list of contacts over the years by just being honest about what we have in stock. If we can’t get something, we’ll tell you straight instead of making excuses. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it means we can keep an eye on every order that comes through. Sometimes the days are slow, and other times we can’t put the phone down for five minutes. We just take it as it comes and try to stay organized in the middle of all the Vikhroli chaos.
